Clean Streams Accord claims found to be misleading
Fonterra's Clean Streams Accord is found to be reporting that twice the amount of rivers are fenced off on dairy farms than actually are-- which now stands at just 42%
An independent audit found figures just half of what Fonterra reported
The discrepancy calls into question the credibility of all the accord figures
